"

FARM

SEEDS

Buying seeds from small and producers is just as important as buying your food from small and local farmers. With the advent of the Internet, there are hundreds of small scale seed producers who preserve heirloom and/or organically grown varieties and now have websites instead of much more expensive printed catalogs. Googling the variety name or characteristics you are interested in will usually allow you to find many sources for any variety.
