1) Discussion/adoption of By-Laws. This needs to happen before election of officers!
Report from the By-Laws Committee.

2) Election of officers and the two Steering Committee At Large positions.

3) Winter Market: How / when will we decide on the actual winter market dates? Is the
winter market open only to regular market members? Will there be a Winter Market Master?

4) List of probable market voids for the coming season. How will we deal with known
voids after the new applicantions are in?

5) New applicant acceptance process. Who gets the applications and checks? Where
does the information on the applications go?

6) Clarification of the market's money flow. Keeping our dues money separate from promotional funds raised by WMSt.

7) The Email Newsletter. Where it now stands and how Clayton sees it working.

8) Market Rules Revision. To update last April's market rules for 2007.

9) Application Revision. To update last application form for 2007.

10) Setting the Opening and Closing dates for 2007.

11) Announcements.
