people, it is time for our annual meeting. Most everyone has been
contacted by either telephone or e-mail. We will have lunch at the
beginning of our meeting, so bring some food to share. You can see
the “Jobs List” and the “Item Eligibility List”
on the Internet.

Market Managers, Treasurer, Inspections.
- Election of Officers:
Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Market
Manager, at large Steering Committee members.
- 2007 Opening and
Closing Dates.
- Winter Market
Report. Members who participate in the winter market will
update the general membership.
- Parking. A
discussion on how best to address parking issues. Update of
communications with University. How to handle days we will not be
allowed to use Steamplant parking lot.
- Late Applications.
A discussion about how to handle applications during the market
season.
- Jobs. See

tasks which make the market happen.
