Opossums are North
America's only native marsupial. They are typically associated with
areas south of Maine. They exist towards the southern part of the
state, but sometimes show up farther north. Possums have been know
to raid chicken coops, bird feeders, trash cans, and gardens. They
can also make dens under houses and sheds.

The most common methods of
handling are either lethal trapping or live trapping with
relocation, and site exclusion where appropriate. If you have an
