- Raccoons
-
- The raccoon cause all
kinds of headaches for people every year. Their mischievous nature
puts them in all kinds of places they shouldn't be. Sometimes we
find them in chimneys with a bunch of young, in roofs of all kinds,
and under structures as well. They raid chicken coops, get into the
trash, eat crops and garden plants, and destroy buildings when they
want to get in someplace. Raccoons are also know to dig up lawns and
golf courses in the pursuit of grubs in the summer time. Both
raccoons and skunks love the small grubs and can turn a beautifully
manicured green lawn into a brown torn up mess in a short amount of
time.
- If they have been in
an area for any amount of time, the droppings can accumulate heavily
and cause potential health problems for the inhabitants. Control
often involves live trapping with relocation or lethal trapping, and
excluding damaged areas or potential areas from further raccoon
damage. If you have raccoons in your attic, home, or business, give
us a call today.
